These terms govern your use of this site, appointment bookings and purchases at Shekinah Wigs by Dreams Wigs, a brand of Dreams Wigs NYC LLC. By booking or buying you accept them.
1. Who we are
Dreams Wigs NYC LLC, located at 170 Lynch St, Brooklyn, NY 11206, United States. Contact: dreamswigsnyc@gmail.com.
2. Appointment bookings
Appointments are booked online based on each stylist's availability. You'll receive a confirmation email with a link to cancel or reschedule.
Some services require a deposit at booking. The deposit is applied to the service total.
- Cancellations and changes: free up to [24] hours before your appointment.
- Late cancellations or no-shows: the deposit is [non-refundable].
- Late arrivals: after [15] minutes your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled.
3. Prices and payments
Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Square; we never store your card details. Afterpay is subject to Afterpay's approval and terms.
4. Products
Wig photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible; color may vary slightly by screen. Shipping and returns are covered by their own policies.
5. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service or product concerned, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
