We want you to love your purchase. For hygiene reasons, wigs have special return conditions.
1. Wigs
For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns of wigs that are unworn, uncut, undyed, with the original cap liner, tags and packaging.
- Return request window: [7] days from delivery.
- Custom, cut or installed wigs: [not returnable].
2. Other products
Unopened products: returnable within [14] days of delivery.
3. How to request a return
Email dreamswigsnyc@gmail.com with your order number. We'll tell you how to ship it or bring it to 170 Lynch St, Brooklyn, NY 11206.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Original shipping costs are [non-refundable].
5. Services
Completed services are non-refundable. If you're not satisfied, let us know within [48] hours and we'll work on a solution.
